FACTS Tuition Information


*FACTS Financial Information*
All application must be completed on-line. If you do not have access to a computer please call. There are no paper applications.

COST: The application fee is $25. The Diocese will pay $12.50 and families pay the other $12.50.

Deadlines: 
Phase I: Application and all required document should be received by April 30, 2013 from families with children currently enrolled or already accepted for the 2013-2014 school year.
Phase II: All applications for 2013-2014 (including all required documentation) must be RECEIVED by August 15, 2013 (note the earlier date so that families can be notified sooner)

The deadlines are FIRM.

No assistance will be available from the Diocese or from any school unless:
an application is completed in full and submitted,
all required documentation is provided, AND
the $12.50 fee is paid by the deadline.

Tuition rates for 2013-2014 will be posted soon as they are approved.

FACTS is implementing a new website with some user friendly changes for next year 

If you already use FACTS to pay your tuition:                           
 You will receive a re-enrollment verification letter.
Read carefully to make sure everything is accurate.   You may make changes on letter.
Sign this letter and return to the school right away.
FACTS will then issue you a letter or e-mail explaining how to go online and create your user id to access their new website.  You must wait for this letter from FACTS.
 
 
If you did not use FACTS to pay your tuition:
You will need to go to the websites below and enroll with FACTS.
 
You should sign in as a New User.  Just follow the instructions.
This is where you enter your personal and banking information.
Remember  even those who pay in full must use FACTS.
If you have children in both schools, pick one school with whom to register, then call Marilyn at 304-422-6694 and she will explain how to link both schools.
